Eagle Scout Project for Matthew Hall

Antique Color Photograph Fundraiser

When: Saturday, March 31
(and Friday, March 30 if needed based on # of coupons sold)
Where: Woodbury Community Center

Matthew, a student at Northern Bedford School District, is working towards his Eagle Scout Project.
He has organized a fundraiser to help support the cost of his plans to build 2 batting cages at his school.

How it Works:
You purchase a $10.00 coupon (all $10 goes to the project!).
The coupon includes costumes, props, sitting fee, and a 10 X 13 portrait.
We will contact you a week to 10 days prior to March 31 to schedule an appointment time. 1 family per coupon.
Parent or legal guardian must be present to photograph and for photo pick up.
Photographs are for children age 16 and younger.
Older siblings/family may be in the pictures, but have to come dressed ready for the photo (blue jeans, bibs, or khaki’s and plain white shirt).
1-3 weeks after portraits are taken we will schedule for a portrait pickup.
You will be given your 10 X 13 portrait and shown all photos taken with the opportunity to purchase and take them home that day!

*Purchasing the $10.00 coupon comes with no obligation to purchase any additional photographs.
Children should wear clothing that is easily changed.
You may bring a favorite toy or outfit if you wish, but no pets.
If you have additional questions or wish to purchase a coupon,
please call 766-9978 or e-mail: rmhall3@centurylink.net and put photographs in subject line.
